All VR consumers must reside in Massachusetts and be eligible to work in the United States. The Quincy MRC Office serves individuals who reside in the following towns: Braintree, Cohasset, Hingham, Hull, Milton, Norwell, Quincy, Randolph, Scituate, and Weymouth.
